THE RAPTURE WITHIN

First things first; this involves a catching up within, where an old creation is elevated into a new creation in the "high and lofty" Heavens! Paul's understanding of this is described in the word "quickened". We were all dead in trespasses and sins being born into the first Adam. Jesus has a word for hypocrites of His day and no doubt ours too for we've all been there; "for ye are like unto whited sepulchers, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleaness". Go beyond the natural and see the spiritual; Jesus created a brand new "rapturous" hour which He calls "now Is" Listen close, "The hour is coming, and NOW IS, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live"(St.Jn.5:25). "And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit"(ICor.15:45). The "rapture within" quickens a dead Adam into a living Christ, and elevates the living into Heavenly Places!  True revelation is not all Futuristic!

Allow me to show you another "rapture within". "And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man"(Luke 17:26). "And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me;..."(Gen.6:13). This is a powerful  Biblical simile where two unlike things are shown to be similar! God ended all "violent flesh" in Noah's day and saved the "righteous flesh" in the Ark! Jesus acted likewise saying; in this dark night of violence: "And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of Heaven suffereth violence". Here's the revelation; "I tell you in that night there shall be two men in one bed;  the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left"(Luke 17:34). Spiritually speaking within each of us, in our place of rest  (bed), there is a working duality. Two natures, "old man" which is violent flesh the first Adam, and our new nature which the Bible specifically calls the "Last Adam". The lasting end of Adam appears in us by the Holy Ghost, and we're raptured from 'earthly" to "heavenly"! Suddenly the kingdom of violence gives way to the Kingdom of righteousness, peace and joy! Praise His Glorious Name and Nature!

Pandemic is a disease affecting the entire world. However God's Word is clear to true believers. Disconnect from the world; "If ye were of the world the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you"(St.Jn.15:19).  Where are we then, if we're not in the world? I'll answer with one final "simile". Apostle Paul taught that through the working of God's Mighty Power; In-Christ He raised Jesus from the dead, and set him (Jesus) at his own right hand in the heavenly places (see Eph.1:20).  This high and lofty place is far above principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world but also in that which is to come. By the authority of God's Word, the name of Jesus is above "pandemic"! Here's the revelation of "inner rapture": "And has raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus"(Eph.2:6).No matter what the facts are, here's the Truth; the total victory of Christ's Ascension set Him on the right-hand of God Almighty in the Heavens! The Holy Ghost places us In-Christ! Therefore: "For our conversation (citizenship and lifestyle) is in heaven; from whence also we look for the savior, the Lord Jesus Christ:"(Phil.3:20). My feet walk on planet Earth, but my mind which is the "mind of Christ" abides in the Heavens!
