"And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow into it." (Isa. 2:2)  Those with eyes to see are watching as God establishes His House. We know God's house is not natural and made from wood or brick. Here's the revelation, The house represents a household, a family, a union of Sons that spring from one seed,  and the seed is Christ.(See Gal.3:16)  The establishment of this exalted mountain (Mt. Zion) is going on even now, as the original seed of Christ, develops a mature relationship with the anointing that belongs to the Head (Jesus), and flows down to the residue or remnant which make up the "body of Christ". "According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will." (Eph. 1:4-5)

Spiritually, Mt. Zion is an exalted family of Sons of God, who have endured the pressure and hardships of life and especially religion, and just kept climbing until we have become one with Zion ( a mountain of light, and a fortress). Each of our experiences, teach us that Zion is a place of transformation  to put Father's name on our foreheads. Our natural mind must give way to the mind of Christ, and our old name must be changed into a "new name". What's in a name?? A name speaks of a nature, and our old nature must become Christ's "new nature".  Revelation chapter 2, promises the overcomer a white stone and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

What's in a name?? With the new name comes a new nature, no man knows this name, man is only familiar with his own fallen nature, which cannot know the nature of God. "Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God. which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name." (Rev.3:12)

Since time won't permit to talk of all these things, lets highlight three things to accompany what's already been said. First, the name of God is synonymous with the Father's name. It represents authority flowing from righteousness and maturity. We've received correction, and are now able to disperse guidance and deliverance by the power of the "name of God". Next, written upon the overcomer is the name of the city, New Jerusalem. We must understand what makes a city a true city, is not buildings land and houses. The heartbeat of a city is its people, without which there is no city. So we conclude, new Jerusalem is a people transformed, and Mt. Zion is a people transformed. This is the "true temple" which God pitched and not man. Finally, the writer says: "And I will write upon him my new name." The new name is the exalted name of Jesus, and includes all of His victories that were achieved by His divine nature which was learned by obedience. The name of Jesus is now our new nature, it is one of compassion and selflessness. The greatest understanding, is that the new name is only possible because it flows from a brand new life; Jesus' resurrection from the dead!! As Jesus took the Throne from his Father David, we see this in Acts 2, His first deed as King was to freely give us a gift. It's the gift of the Holy Ghost, and places inside those who are Chosen, a deposit of His Resurrection Life!!
